Radio Interview Added!

We are thrilled to announce the addition of another radio interview from Sydney, Australia, this time given to Sally Loane while Linda was on assignment for David Jones in Sydney, Australia back in August of 2004. The Australian fan who wishes to be known as "PhilA" has kindly donated the interview of which we at LEvangelista.net are extremely grateful. We should also mention that we were quite astonished at the quality and clarity of the sound!

And in recent days, "PhilA" has also contributed some beautiful scans to the photogallery! Be sure to check them out!

Personal Geography

Shana has posted below news about Linda gracing the cover of Spanish magazine Fanzine137. Now, we got a copy of this limited edition publication. Inside this mag, Linda discusses with Luis Venegas, Fanzine137's editor and it's probably the longest interview Linda has ever given !

Besides, entitled "We are the world", this Fanzine137 issue was built around the theme of personal geographies and 101 contibutors were asked to provide a picture that represents at best their "inner landscape". Linda selected a picture of Didier and her in Qatar. This unusual photo is perfect to end 2007:

Linda's tunes

One of the most high end fashion magazines, Visionaire, has just released its issue #53. Only 4000 copies of this mag are available at a price of $250 each. This time the mag has the shape of a 12-inch vinyl record and 126 artists worked around the theme of sound. The publication is distributed with 2 CDs of sound content. So what's the link with Linda you will say? Along with U2 and Animal Collective, she is one of the contributors (!) and remixes her (in)famous "I don't get out of bed for less than $10,000 a day" quote into an ambient electro piece.

The issue was officially launched on 7th December at a party taking part in the frame of Art Basel Miami - an art fair where Visionaire held an installation. Linda was supposed to be the host of the party, but unfortunately we don't have any photographic proof.

Anyway, has anyone ordered a copy? We would be really curious to see... oops, to hear it!
